Let's start from the beginning! I have worked in many healthcare professions and have known since a young age that healthcare is where I belong. I have always had a passion for helping others and a strong love for anatomy. Two years ago, I started the journey of becoming a Massage Therapist and have always dreamed of owning my own place. I graduated from Tri-County Community College and have since continued to educate myself on various modalities and clinical practices. I have my certification in cupping, Instrument - Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Myofascial Release. My goal is to help increase mobility, enhance recovery, reduce muscle tension and stiffness, as well as reduce fascial restrictions. I believe touch can heal in so many ways, not only physically but mentally. Massage can reset the nervous system, improve circulation, and so much more. I love interacting with people and truly make it my mission to help each unique individual I come in contact with.
